This resort has been placed very far away, services are very slow or late, problems with water heater in the bathroom, electric current issues in bathrooms, not that tasty food , even after the existence of carts no transport service by carts was provided, the charges are too high just for a water bottle like , 2 bottles worth 102rs. The tea costed 300 rs. I felt the peace but was very much irritated with the services.... Need to improve much more..

Resort is having good locations opp Aravali hills. Food is good . Area of concern is there is no entertainment or things to do in Resort. For enjoying natural beauty it is good.

The location and premium rooms are amazing, other than that a standard experience, nothing really bad or good. Breakfast buffet could be better.

1. No network and unstable wifi connection. 2. Some rooms are far and even having electric carts they don't use them. 3. Pool is in other premises so you have to walk alot. 4. They only provide 2 500ml bottles package drinking water and rest are refilled dirty bottles and the taste of refilled water is pathetic. 5. There were wasps (tataiya) in room and cat came into my colleague's room. Let's come to good part 1. Rooms are big spacious 2. Some rooms have their private pools 3. Food is really very good 4. Resort is surrounded by aravali hills so I think the view will be amazing during monsoons.

Worst Experience I visited this property 1 month back ,I made my booking using MMT ,when we reached to the property initially they shifted us to the nearby property which is nearby 100 MTR away from the resort,when we saw rooms we completely shocked. I immediately connected with resort team and requested for the room in resort not the hotel you have away from the property. We got a very shameful reply from the resort that plz talk to the team where you booked from. I again told them that I came with babies and really this room is not comfortable and need your support to change the room even you can charge extra amount. I got cheap reply again that from the resort team that we cant support you as due to unavailability of the rooms. Then we decided to stay one night in dharamshala (Even govt guest house is better then the hotel facilities and apperance). When we enter in to the room we faced multiple issue like Ac was working without remote and you can't control it ,lots of hairs was spreading in to bads ,washroom filled with frogs. I tried to connect through landline and due to unavailability of receptionist we couldn't able to make make the things clear. Another point this hotel is away from city 7 Km and no network you will get. Internet was also not working and we were truly helpless. Again we asked them for the bill and was take from MMT which is still not received from anyone. Even we were unable to connect MMT due to network issue. I would advise everyone that plz be careful from these frausdesters. Not even we got support from make MMT

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
