I must say, the hospitality at this place is truly outstanding. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The rooms are quite spacious, and I feel very comfortable here. But what really sets this place apart is the breathtaking view from the balcony. It's simply stunning, and I can't get enough of it. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to help us during the stay - The service was top-notch, and the dinner was simply amazing. I was blown away by how delicious the food was, and the presentation was beautiful too. Overall, my experience at this place has been fantastic. The hospitality, the rooms, the view, and the service were all exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation or getaway.

I had the pleasure of staying at Serene Suites, a truly fitting name for a hotel located in such a serene environment by the riverside and mountains. The picturesque location added an extra layer of beauty to my experience. We stayed at this great hotel for 3 days. It was quiet and with a beautiful view of the river, which is just under the hotel. Very comfortable and clean rooms. The shower is very good and clean, with plenty of hot water. Big rooms with balcony facing the river. The beds are very comfortable and we could sleep well. The breakfast has many delicious dishes. The staff is very helpful and the manager helped us with everything we asked. He even gave us storm suits on rainy days. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this beautiful place this week and the experience has been amazing. The hotel overlooks the beautiful riverside at the back with a balcony view. The location is superb that felt calm and serene with well mannered and courteous staff that hosted us well. I would recommend the place for anyone looking to travel here with friends/family. The food was equally scrumptious and service was excellent. Free wifi, good network and an engaging place to chill with a reading spot around the reception area and their own cafe are the key highlights of the place. A must place to stay !

The location is very serene and quiet. Loved the food and prompt service by Pavnesh. The staff is very courteous. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Would surely stay here again whenever we come here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
