This hotel is little far and not close to Jagannath team but Yes for beach lovers this is close to beach. its termed to be a 5 star property but I would say it needs more better hygiene, repairs to be completed. The wing which we stayed was not completely completed. the rooms are made up clean and at 5 star level but still a lot of issues in the room as well, we had drainage issue in the room, which was unavoidable and as hotel was full due to event the management did not change the room as well. NO toiletries, kept in the room we had to request for the same. The Food is Good must say and fresh, the service there is little slow but still food served was nice an yummy. The staff was little aggressive but not all. I felt we for the services and stay we paid over extra than what it could have been. The Security staff are not helpfully. There is no local transport close by the rickshaw stand out side the hotel is worst they have union and they will charge you exorbitant understanding you are tourist, they don't value ladies or senior citizens they are rude. I have a mixed experience with this hotel hence I have given a genuine review

I visited there for my friend's wedding ceremony and i found Great place for vacation with family. All staffs were polite and courteous. Amazing service, One can definitely feel the star hotel ambience. A special thanks to Dibya, she was very sweet and Helpful.

Great place for vacation with family. All staffs were polite and courteous, especially the ones in restaurant. Amazing service. One can definitely feel the star hotel ambience. Swimming pool and lawn were pretty big. Only downside is distance from main roads, but u get electric autos outside who can take you to temple or beach for 150rs.

Stayed from 24th November - 27th November 23 Staff were excellent, very courteous and extremely polite and helpful Service was excellent. Access road is to hotel is not good / and is being developed. While approaching hotel you would have negative thoughts and feelings. Hotel itself is luxurious and is functioning well. Restaurant and swimming pool were excellent. Overall we had positive experience, mainly due to excellent and courteous staff.

Hotel is very huge but the location is little bit far from the town. Overall good experience, all staffs are very good and humble towards the guest . Services are slow, need to improve a lot.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
