        Peak winter Jan 2024 ,they don't have heating in place .night temp is 5-7 degree.provided us a blower which reduces the oxygen in the room.we had no choice either to freeze or use it .very unpleasant experience at the time of payment ans spa too .         Hotel property is decent. Went there to attend marriage. Room AC was not working and the television was not recharged. Inspite of repeated requests nothing moved. Even the staff themselves were complaining. Food was average and banquet manager behaviour was below par. I thought Money Well Wasted by bride n groom's parents. Best avoid such hotels

        Clean, airy, spacious, quiet. Really helpful staff. We were allowed to stay on for more than an hour beyond checkout time because my husband had severe ankle pain. Even check in was allowed a bit early when we arrived early from Rishikesh. We really appreciated this kindness.

        I booked club room in hotel stayed for one night. Tv was not working , lights in room blinking. Shoket for mobile charge not working. I complained for more than 6 times at reception. They every time said pl give us 2 minutes to rectify the issue. At 7 pm it got 10.45 pm but nothing happened. Very bad service and bad experience in my life. If there could be any minus point I would definitely give

        Comfortable and nice. Only the lighting in the room or corridor wasn't good enough. Service was excellent and the problem solving nature of the staff was very considerate and accommodating.
