I'd like to call myself a loyal patron of Shaantam resorts. This review comes after my third stay at the property. Beautiful location and surrounding s, the resort is quite a drive from the centre of Rishikesh. We love the whole ambience of the place, very welcoming staff and great comfort. The rooms are spacious, we'll maintained and very comfortable. The food and service is Excellent. The breakfast and dinner buffet is delicious, elaborate and well laid out. The spa here is a must visit and addictive. The community hall and pool take care of the kids while you have a relaxing time at the spa. A must visit and complete value for money experience.

We can visit rishikesh just for this stay again..first few minutes were not good because of some confusion with the GM and sales team..But extremely polite and helpful sales team..speacially M/s Gazal who had coordinated with us throughout the booking process.. The staff was soo welcoming from start to end..I have not seen such a nyc and heart welcoming staff in a 5 star also..they were genuinely happy to welcome and treat their guests the best not for any salary or tip..but from heart..which made our stay soo comfortable.. The food specially was one of the best that we have tasted soo far..and fresh..surely one of the best food experience we had on a trip. The View and calmness of the property just was that icing on the cake..our 2 day relaxing trip was fulfilled in just one day at this property.. They also gave us some complimentary gangajal..which was quite a gesture and we were overwhelmed..From The reception staff to the kitchen staff to the Room service and guards..all were great..Definitely recommended.

Such a bad place to think of going; i dont know how much they paid for the ranking they hold on different travel websites. 1. It is on the other side of the hill and the roads are broken. The road patch that leads into the hotel is also under construction and for you to take a sedan is not recommended. 2. I booked rooms in the hotel for the simple reason that their swimming pool looked commendable in photos but it was NOT FUNCTIONAL and we were not informed prior to our booking. 3. There is NO ELECTRICITY. When they turn the AC on in the restaurant, they shut them in the rooms and when they turn it on in rooms, they shut it in the restaurant. 4. There is no AC in the bathroom. There is no such system. 5. I booked 2 PREMIUM ROOMS in the hotel worth 46000/- 2 nights for that one swing in the balcony and as soon as i sat on it, IT BROKE. 6. There GM was not in the hotel. Their SENIOR MANAGER came one day late too. Their manager, Rahul is incapable of handling tough situations in the hotel. 7. The Games Room has no AC either. They never fit any AC there and it was EXTREMELY HOTTTTT. Like the hills were over all very hot and they need to step their game up. Advantage 1. The restaurant staff is extremely cordial. Nitin was very patient and kind to us. The chef cooks the best indian food I have probably ever eaten. They are the only reason to choose this hotel. Extremely good food. Hence, Overall, extremely disappointing especially for the money that they charge. Dont be stuck at a hotel with no light and swimming pool or games room because even if you try to step out, any good restaurant or hotel is 1.5 hours away going and 1.5 hours coming. 2 stars for Nitin and the chef.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
