Not so spacious. Rooms were not cleaned and worth price washroom of rooms have defective taps paint was falling off walls ambience was okiesh as per price prices are too high for rooms according to the maintenance and quality. Staff was very helpful and well behaved food was ok not bad not good . And there was not much arrangement in wedding for winters. Like heaters and other things it was very cold both inside and outside so 2-3 bonfire was not enough to take care of chilled weather and wind. 2 for maintenance 3.5 for food and 2 for facilities 3 for location 4 for staff and hospitality overall 3

Great experience I was there with my team hdfc bank 🏦 my whole team enjoyed a lot rooms are comfortable with the best ambience 🎊🎉 food is good miss akansha , sajan and Madhav are very kind and supportive 🎊

It is located on old Missouri road, Dehradun. Approach road is good .Parking space for party of 50 is poor. One have to park on road side. For senior citizens it is difficult to climb uphill and plenty of stairs. Wheelchair approachable upto parking , that's too if parking available. Lawns, Bar room ok. Open space for parties ok in summer not in winter. Dining hall is good for 40 people sitting , one have to enjoy food standing only. Wash room is ok not adjacent to the bar, party space or dining hall. Overall setup is old fashioned, no renovation with time demand. Pollution free , good scenery around and lot of trees. Away from the hustle bustle of city. Food is palatable.

Everything was awesome be it management in every section be it housekeeping security kitchen food and I want to mention 3 names who was the key players in making my sister's marriage wonderful Mr Vikram Mr Narendra Mr Pawan ( because of these of these guys I was tention free these guys were the one who was doing work properly and professionally 😍😍😍🙏🙏

We checked in on -30/09/23 .. The hotel was booked through Yatra.. The rooms were no where close to what is in photos.. In fact the room allotted was terrible.. Full of seepage.. Rusted.. Toilets too stinky and room size too small for the price !! On top of that the receptionist's behavior ( a woman) was very rude and unaccommodating! When we asked for a better room.. She asked to cancel the booking which in unacceptable by any guest.. However as we couldn't find at the 11th hr.. And it was our daughter s bday so we managed for couple of nights ! But strictly NOT recommended.. Big NO.... !! PS: No option to upload photos else have uploaded to validate

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
