        I booked the hotel during Diwali vacaion. Rooms are specius having all necessary amenities. Only problem faced with Water supply of Hot water. Room cleaning & services staffs needs to be trained better. They need to remind to provide Towels and Bath Mat etc.. Fateh Sagar Lake, City Palace is just 1 km Away.. You can reach by walking as well. Wine shop is just 500 meter away. Breakfast was enough. Not so fency. Stafff is polite and helpful. Overall Good value for money hotel.

        This place screams SCAM. Here are the issues we faced at your hotel. 1) We had booked twin sharing rooms through Agoda. However, on arriving at the hotel, you refused us to check in saying that only one person is allowed in the twin sharing room and extra amount had to be paid to admit a second person. We have stayed in 3 star to 7 star hotels and have never experienced this level of scam. 2) We asked then in that case can one person check in, and this was also not allowed. Why the heck was this even when we had paid entire amount in advance! 3) We had contacted the hotel at 9 am and asked if we could come for check in and the guy said yes. However, we got two of our rooms only at 12 and the third at 1 pm. Hence, you guys wasted half day of our vacation. 4) Finally after checking in, we found the lockers in the room were not working. There was no waste basket in the rooms. The bathroom drain was not working and was getting flooded. The faucet in one of the rooms wasn't working and this wasnt rectified even after 2 days of our request. And the highight - even after looting our money in the name of admitting a second person in a twin sharing room, you didnt give us the toiletries for the second person 5) For breakfast, I enquired what juice they have kept and the boys serving had no clue and were on mute mode. They went inside and asked and came back saying its orange juice. After a while, I saw them refilling the juice tub with Mixed fruit juice. None of the people in the hotel have basic knowledge of what the heck they are doing or supposed to do 6) During check in, they initially said they dont have online booking. Later while arguing, they started saying they arent responsible for anything done on online booking. I simply asked then why do they list their hotel on online sites and accept the booking. There was no answer from your team for this 7) There was a front desk reception (male) who kept a straight face throughout the check in (rather scam). We asked him to get his manager and he got another guy from nearby hotel and he clearly wasnt the manager either. I asked if he understood and spoke english, he said yes but couldnt utter a word in english. Extremely unprofessional behavior and poorly trained staff at this hotel are the highlights of this place 8)So much show and scam they were doing but the printer/scanner wasnt working. So they took our id cards outside to take the printout. We had to go with them to ensure that the id cards were not lost or used in wrong manner. And that guy was telling, what can he do the printer isnt working. I wanted to ask if he wanted us to take the printer and get it serviced and working. It takes only a fraction of the money they are looting and keeping in their own pockets to get a new printer 9) On the second day of our stay, before leaving the room, I had kept the "Do not clean the room" switch. On returning in the evening, I was shocked to see the room cleaned and my stuff (dress) being moved. Does anybody in that hotel know how to run a hotel? I had my things and valuables lying around in the room which is why I didnt want anyone to enter but I didnt know the staff was not trained. And another of the rooms we had booked was also cleaned but they didnt lock the room back properly. So when they came back, they found the room in opened state. Also why are the comments that I posted on your insta pages removed? I am sure you guys would have done the same if such an option was available on Google maps. Have some integrity while doing business.

        The hotel sucks BIG TIME. It’s all fake and facade. not at all what it looks in the picture. City view room = a small side window with slit view and rest is wall Overall hotel = it isnt sound proof so you can hear random staff chattering in the lobby at 12 in the night, guest coming in an out, door creaking opening and closing sounds, the whole hotel echoes like some haunted house Room service = doesn’t exist Staff = unmannerly, rude, aren’t paid enough so they literally don’t care Food service = accept your order and then call you back after HALF AN HOUR saying it’s not possible to make (every time) Cleanliness = 🤮 drainage It’s so backward the drainage pipes aren’t working!!! Worst experience.

        Worst service i have seen till now in any hotels. They send you to the another hotel to breakfast. And there was rain when we stayed there also there lift is not working we have to go 4th floor via steps. No hot water coming. Hotel staff is not co-operative at all. If you can bear all this things then you can happily go there.

        Not even wants to give 1 star. But not allowed below than 1 here. Basic services of hotel are not provided like hot water, TV, wi-if, room service even for tea also they are not Providing. Swimming pool is just like bath tub. For breakfast you have to go to their another property. You need to call room service for towel, sleepers etc for that also they takes 1/2 to 1 hour to deliver. You can not order food through room service. Hardly we can get 10% of what we paid. Totally waste of money.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
