The property is good, neat and clean. Location is excellent. But I found this place badly lacking in hospitality and customer care. The hotel staff was found to be ineffective, indifferent and insensitive towards customer. While on one hand hotels at times also go extra mile for customer comfort or help (if required), on the other hand staff of this hotel does not even move on their assigned path . Another visit to Jaipur surely 'YES'. Stay at this Place : probably 'No'. If service doesnot matter and you can be on your own, definitely go for this beautiful property without second thought.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shakun Hotels & Resorts, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience I had. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for a remarkable stay. The accommodations were nothing short of spectacular. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed bathroom. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the serene landscape that surrounds the resort. One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary experience. The on-site restaurants offered a diverse range of delectable dishes that satisfied even the most discerning palate. The breakfast buffet was a particular delight, with a wide variety of options to start the day right. We went with our kids during new years ,and they took from us 12000 extra in the name of new year dinner gala,without that they won't let us check in,according to them they have mentioned it in website during booking ,we never read it as who reads each and every thing written in small letters .The dinner and new year party was below average .Then I asked for baby food as simple as dal khichdi which they denied at 11 in the morning as the chef was South Indian and he doesn't know how to cook khichdi!!!! we went during winters and in a suite room we wanted heater for both the rooms but we're given only one which took eternity to heat the room.Laast day my younger child got sick and (which I am sure was because of there food) becaus ehe vomitted whole night, they don't even have a proper doctor lined up for such emergencies .Did not provide us car fr the hospital we hv to book our own cab which took another couple of mins to come .

Hotel is good..Rooms are spacious. Staffs are cordial.Breakfast is also superb.Services are quite good.Nice experience.But the lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant is too costly.Dishes are too costly..But it's a nice experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
