The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is really cooperative. They still need to work on few things for betterment. We had 2 days stay there in which they provided us pick up and drop facility on chargeable basis. They also have facility jeep safari for the activities on chargeable basis and that is the best part of Jaisalmer. Overall it was a nice and sober experience

We are currently staying in this hotel and it has been a wonderful experience. The rooms are big and and spacious and beds are very comfortable. All the staff members are very helpful and polite. We had some small housekeeping related issues but the quickly addressed. The buffet dinner and breakfast had a very good spread with lots of options. Also, we had a birthday of one of our member in the party and Shama ji from restaurant went out of his way to arrange a cake and we all had a celebration in the restaurant. This was really a nice gesture. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location

It's totally not worth it, the amount that they are charging and the amenities that they are offering is not worth it. They are charging 8K for a single night, fair enough, right? At first you will think that you gonna stay in a desert, a camp, you will enjoy the dance, the food, the ambience and all by paying that amount, but nope apart from dance and performances not a single thing is worth it here! The room conditions are miserable, there is no hot water, they won't give you basic things like room hamper, water bottle (even though they have mentioned all these things in their booklet) but you have to literally beg to get all these things. So, I just wanna say don't go there, just don't if you don't wanna regret your money!

No water in the bathroom when we reached there, they started filling water tank after we informed them. I have reserved 2 tents, out of which flush was not working for one of the room, bathroom was not clean. So when we told them about it that time they have done worked on it. Only 2 mug Hot water we received in the morning after that water was cold in the bathroom. For Jeep Safari and paracelling activity they will literally loot you. After bargaining we paid 3000Rs for Jeep and paracelling for 1 member but after discussion with other tourists we came to know that 3000 was still high price for it. Anyway. Evening dance and activity was good. Dinner was avarage however morning breakfast was good. My experience with Shama camp was not that level good. To get the bill over mail I needed to call them multiple time. Management staff was not supportive. So don't go over youtube videos and comments, after so many reaserch I choose to stay here but not happy.

Not up to the mark! The services did not meet expectations; they promised a Jeep Safari and camel safari for a specified distance in their package, but only provided them as an afterthought. Avoid their city tour as it only covers short/walkable distances; for longer journeys, they ask for additional payment!!! .On checkout the forces us to give 5 Star review

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
