Quiet & comfortable place, couple of mins from the beach. Not many people at the beach too.Only tea/coffee is served at the place. They used to run a shack with amazing food but discontinued since 3 years. Since place is in the interior, taking a car to the stay area is a challenge, particularly a big one.

Quiet , peaceful place with very supportive owners. Very close to a secluded beach. Place grows on you.Clean bathrooms with super showers. AC perfect. Basic tea coffee water but you can stack your fridge. Zomato also easy. Main road with many foodie joints of all types close to a 400 m walk . But in Goa , u need to walk . Very affectionately guide you to Dmello's shack close by on the beach who are neighbours. Very empathetic to our special needs son. Goa taxi provided but better u carry ur DL and rent. Goa miles not reliable. Will visit and stay again. Thanks to Luis Michelle and all caretakers. Merry Xmas and HNY.

For your safety please don’t stay here. A man entered our room while we were sleeping ,when I suddenly woke up and saw this man running away and Me and my friend were robbed here. He took all our cash from both our wallets and the manager/owner kept defending themselves for what had happened even after we told them what had exactly happened. There was a CCTV right outside our room and when we asked to check it to check what had happened they even said that CCTVs weren’t working. Had the worst experience here spoiled the entire trip.

The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. The homestay's design seamlessly blended modern amenities with a coastal charm that made me feel right at home. What truly sets Shanus Seaside apart is the warm hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, you can explore delicious local cuisine and valuable recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat, Shanus Seaside Homestay is the perfect choice. The sea view alone is worth the visit, and the overall experience left me rejuvenated and eager to return. It's a hidden gem on the coast that I can't recommend enough. Recommendation: Inhouse resturant or food service. Which is not there yet.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
