        This shouldn't even be listed as a hotel. It's very dirty. Not maintained. There are spider webs everywhere in bathroom. There are moulds and fungi on walls due to moisture. The staff tries to be helpful but the owner is just rude. They will only take cash and no cards. I was asked to pawn off my dollars to get some cash. Luckily, I could manage but generally I prefer carrying less cash and using an international card. There are no toiletries, no doormats. The rooms are right next to the reception and they brush with people frequently which will be disturbing for all the guests.

        The location of the hotel was a prime area, hence it was a convenient area to commute to station and airport. But was disappointed with the hotel room and toilets. No pleasantries exchanged when entering the place. My parents werent happy with the services. No free pick up or drop to the airport. Did not change the bedsheets for four days, no dustbin provided and when provided there were marks of Paan (beetle leaves) in the dustbin. The pictures are deceptive. Extremely disappointed.

        No option for room air ventilation. Room is only a little bit bigger than the bed and without any type of windows or opening, feels asphyxiated. Not enough space to move around. Bed sheets did not look clean even though staff claimed it is fresh out of laundry. Got this place for Rs1028 on ibibo

        Its an ok place. Definitely need some improvement the breakfast is a joke for the money you pay for it. Also the staff doesn't speak english very well and we asked for laundry service which we got offered on the day we were checking out haha!

        I had a bad experience with my Booking in Sharmin Residency, Mumbai... What i seen room amenities and condition while booking on MMT is totally different... Room was in worst condition and also spoken with Hotel Reception about room he ignored my concern. Check Out room pics

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
