Beautiful, quiet place very close to the beach and the Main road, and far enough to be away from the chaos. Clean rooms with a very nice and well kept garden outside, with places to sit and grab a book or chill. The staff is very kind and always available. Would recommend.

We got this property at a very high price having booked from AirBnB. The property was definitely not worth paying 6k per night. There were a lot of issues at this property. - The plug points in the room don't work. When asked for a solution, the caretaker gave us an extension cord of which only 2 points worked and we were told to make-do with it. We were 3 guests in the room so we could not charge all our devices whenever needed. - There is a loud clattering noise in the room especially at night. It either comes from the AC or the rooftop. Feels like some animal is habituating on the rooftop and keeps making noise all night which does not let you sleep. - The shower pressure is very low. The host says that this is expected since the property is near the beach but that is not the case with other beach properties I stayed in during the same trip. - There are big mosquitoes in the room and bathroom and upon complaining we were given an all-out but since plug points were not working, that did not help. - The host does not cater to any issues and informs Airbnb that everything is okay upon raising a complaint even after sharing all the proofs in the form of videos, images and audio notes.

Shawnels was recommended to us by Inge, a nice German and we were not disappointed.👍👍👍 Our bungalow is clean & embedded in a wonderful garden. The guests are very nice (DE, GB, Indian, FR, I and so on). They’re looking for the same thing: peace and nice surroundings.❤️ A short footpath leads directly to the beach. 😉: mostly lukewarm water for showering.. but no problem at this temperature. RAM is always helpful & so friendly. We‘ll come again! ❤️🇮🇳 Esther 🇨🇭& Eli

The place is beautiful and in close proximity to the Patnem beach. The cottages are comfortable and decent. There is no in room dining so food has to be arranged from outside restaurants. There is a German bakery close by which helps. The property is lush green and peaceful. Overall, a decent place to stay for 3-4 days.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
