        While the location itself is impressive and rooms top notch, we were surprised to see the service, which was really poor. We were supposed to check in at 1230 for our conference post 6 in the same hotel. But despite waiting for 3 hours we got 1 room at 2:30 for the 4 of us. The other 2 got rooms only at 630 which was a suite since they dint have any rooms to offer. While i understand the complexities of allocating rooms, i believe the management could have informed us in advance so that we could spend our time wisely.

        Sheraton Grand was one of the place to visit and enjoy. The combination of immaculate services, luxurious accommodations, delectable dining options, and excellent facilities are truly memorable. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities that needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep with good dreams. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. A wonderful hotel to visit and enjoy the feast. Regards 🌸🌻🌾

At the end of the day, 5 star hotels are supposed to be good at service, more than anything else and stick to their commitment. If rooms are full, its better to deny taking orders in first place. Having said this, the location and rooms are good, easily accessible and close to metro as well.

        Visited on corporate function. The hotel has great infrastructure and is spacious. The function hall is good with occupancy of 300 people. The food court is also spacious. We were served with veg and non-veg and majority of the menu was not good, even coffee and tea was worst. Need to improve a lot in terms of food. Not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a tasty meal.
