There was a first-rate hotel. With the exception of those who work in the financial district, it's not a very favorable location. While the rooms themselves were above average, they have an excellent club space that is perfect for business meetings. However, everyone here has been really friendly. They were incredibly cordial and competent when checked in at the club lounge. You guys are a wonderful host, and I am very appreciative of you for making my stay at the Sheraton memorable.

I stayed here yesterday. This is my first time staying here. The rooms are very nice and clean! Food items are tasty and delicious 😋 Beautiful swimming pool and well equipped Gym. You get big corridors and spacious lobby. I had a really great experience and very good service!

Had a bad experience in the Sunday breakfast on Jan 21,2024.The restaurant guest executive Chaya was disrespectful and lacked courtesy. Instead of helping us find a table for breakfast she was quite rude and asking us questions like whom are we waiting for and whom have we come with etc. I had reported the same to The manager Vinjayak however haven't received any calls from their side to get further details or understand what went wrong.

My stay at the Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff's attention to detail and their commitment to customer service were truly remarkable. The room I stayed in was not only immaculately clean but also beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's dining options left a lasting impression on me. The variety and quality of the food served at their restaurants were outstanding. I couldn't get enough of the culinary delights they offered. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, offering a wide array of delicious options to start the day. The amenities at the Sheraton, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind and stay active during my stay. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to key attractions and business areas in Hyderabad. I can confidently say that my stay at the Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel was a luxurious and memorable experience, and I would wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating. I look forward to returning in the future.

There was an excellent hotel. It's not a particularly good location unless you work in the financial district. Although the rooms were above average, they offer a fantastic club area that is ideal for conducting business. But the staff has been incredibly welcoming, especially Mrs. Parismita. She checked in at the club lounge and was very friendly and professional. I am so grateful to her for being such a gracious host and for improving my stay at the Sheraton.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy
