Our recent stay at this resort was nothing short of amazing. The staff was super friendly and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. What sets this place apart is its love for pets. We brought along our 12-year-old dog, and she really enjoyed there, especially in the lovely garden area. It was a peaceful spot for her to relax and explore. The rooms were comfy, clean, and had a great vibe. The whole place strikes a perfect balance between luxury and a laid-back feel. We're already planning our next visit – this resort has won us over with its warm hospitality, pet-friendly perks, and all-around fantastic experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable retreat!

Undoubtedly one of the best places we have stayed at! It is truly pet friendly in nature. The staff are super helpful & co-operative. The cleanliness & hygiene is top-notch. Food is super delicious. The views are absolutely stunning. Definitely staying here again!

The best stay in a beautiful location. Our pet loved the place and she enjoyed every bit. The food was delicious. The staffs were so polite and helpful. Special mention about their staff David who made sure we had everything we needed especially with customising the food. Definitely this will be the place we always prefer in our next trips to Ooty.

I had a delightful two-night stay at Sherlock Hotel in Ooty. The property provided breathtaking views of the Ooty hills, and the restaurant served exceptional food. The service, particularly from David, was outstanding, making us feel right at home. Chef Justin's culinary skills left a lasting impression with deliciously prepared meals. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking accommodation in Ooty, especially for its proximity to tourist destinations.

The location is really good and scenic outside the city and kudos for being pet friendly, the rooms look okay but the furniture is a little old which we don’t mind but the mattress is really old and the springs are coming out. One of us got hurt and it’s really uncomfortable, we took the mountain view just because the standard room was very claustrophobic. The food was okay not great in anyway and they accidentally sent us an item which they took back but still charged us. They kept saying they will pack it up for us for our travel, but well who needs plain rice when they are travelling. I would suggest to go for other options on the Tiger hill there are others. Overall the location was great but few things as mentioned above weren’t up to the mark. Some room service items you won’t get like dental kit until you ask for it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
