I am writing this review quite late as I stayed at this hotel in May 2023 with my family; I couldn't write a review just after I had stayed at the place due to various reasons. I had booked my stay using Goibibo and now after so many months, I can't write a review on Gibibo, but I thought it is important to share my experience as it may be useful for others. I have to give it to the designer & the owner that the hotel is built really beautifully. The entire place is designed in a very traditional way and it is also very well maintained. Every corner of the place is kept completely clean including the rooms. The hotel looks very classy and luxurious. The location is also very good as it away from the hustle and bustle of Managing with beautiful surroundings. The problem starts once you move beyond the superficial. The hotel seems understaffed; it was just 4 - 5 people that we found everywhere during our stay, be it in the rooms or at the restaurant. Once during dinner, we had to wait about 10-15 mins just to order our food as there was no one there. Then comes an even bigger problem of the food itself. The food at best can be described average (some of the things are even below average). The menu is very small and the quality and taste is sub standard. I paid 5 star prices and therefore, I believe it is quite natural to expect value for money. Last but not the least, I must say that while the staff was polite at all times, but there was no effort made by anyone whatsoever to ask (even if just out of courtesy) that what is it that my family and I didn't like or found lacking, forget about doing anything about it. Overall, I would rate my experience to be just about average (2.5 / 5) and it is not a place where I would want to go again.

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Beautiful , peaceful surrounding , Well maintained & clean property. Great hospitality ( there are only 15 rooms so they cater to all guest personally ) . Tasty food ( cook on order so everything is freshly made). Having breakfast in the garden with mountains in the backdrop is a plus. Overall would definitely recommend for quite, luxurious stay :) Only point to improve - wifi connection is slow.

The best experience I had in this place. Amazing nature drop. Had breakfast on the balcony with the nature view was life treating experience. Well and cleanly maintained stay with friendly staff . If you go with a group of people you enjoy the most here. Planning to revisit again .

Such a wonderful place to stay for family and couples, It has wonderful views from room balcony. Sound of chirping birds will make your morning 🌅. Apple Orchard area is treat to eyes. Entire staff is courteous and well behaved. Though food is bit expensive with fewer options in menu and Swimming pool is too small to take a dive for adults. Overall 5 out of 5 points to this place called Shivadaya boutique and Spa.

One of the best experiences that i had was at shivadya. The room was beautiful. We chose the lake room and checked in early. But the whole process was made so easy and convenient by the management. Food during our whole stay was fantastic and so was the service of the resort staff. This is absolutely a place that we would choose to come back to again. Definitely worth every rupee we paid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
