A nice 3 star hotel. Rooms are good and services are nice too. Dining space is very neat and clean. A range of food items are available for all the three courses. The hotel is near to the airport. But the Bangalore airport in itself is far from the main city. So I am not sure how to rate the location of the hotel.

Great location and good infrastructure, but service is slow and not adequate. Stayed here for part of my wedding and the staff on hand were not enough, as those who were there were overwhelmed quickly, which didn't help as generally they were slow. Worst thing was that they did laundry really slowly and did not return all clothes, and even damaged some clothing and had the gall to try argue that we gave the clothes to them damaged. The rooms were quite good and location cannot be faulted. However, the staff and operations really need to be unskilled. The one staff member who was reliable and helpful was the porter with the turban, and he went above and beyond his posting. I really appreciated his work and I hope that, if the Shivas management reads this, they let him know so.

I was traveling with my family. Even though our stay was short, but we had a nice experience. The staff was courteous. The buffet variety & taste in the breakfast was great. We had lunch there too & it was delicious as well. Being so close to the airport is a plus. Overall a memorable stay & I would definitely recommend.

Disgusting services. No water was kept in the room. Have to wait for 15 mins to get drinking water. Front office staffs took some 25 mins to do the checkout process although key card was already provided to them prior to it. Very negative approach towards guests . Shows attitude as if it’s the last hotel in the entire city.

Location is nearby airport. Clean big rooms. I think many of their rooms have balcony. The food is average and buffet has very limited options but prices are really low. They have their cabs to drop to airport so for early red eye flights, this is good option.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
