My stay at this hotel was disappointing. They demanded full payment during check-in. The rooms were subpar and overpriced. Basic amenities like clean pillow covers and bed sheets had to be requested. We even had to ask for a bedsheet replacement due to tears.The solar-powered hot water system didn't function at night, hence you need to request for hot water after sunset. The staffs provided service after multiple requests and for simple wifi connection also I had to go to them multiple times.I advise against booking this hotel.This feedback reflects genuine concerns from a dissatisfied customer. They might hide this review or post a defensive reply but this feedback is 100 percent genuine.

Hotel staff told us there will be hot water facility in bathrooms but hot water was not coming in bathrooms . In cold weather of mathura it was very difficult for us to take bath without hot water, they charged us 1600/- for just 2.5hrs, we check in morning around 7am and checked out around 9am. Quite expensive.

Worst hotel, never visit with family please.. staff are found irresponsible, i paid Rs. 1000 advance, before visiting When we get into the hotel,we saw the pathetic atmosphere of the hotel, The staff were eating gutka/pan masala. With a bad smell, people were smoking inside the hotel. A common toilet in front of the reception, we found two people waiting for their turn in front of the toilet. A local BAR like atmosphere. Never go there with family. I cancelled my booking, loosing the booking amount
