Hotel Shivsagar Farm House is very nice, we liked their rooms very much. The staff are very nice and prompt. The rooms were clean. Just wanted a little more taste in the food. Everything else was fine.

One of the best resort i have visited. This place located in Panchgani near Aves world theme park. Wonderful place to spent quality time with family.It offers spaciest entrance welcome space, game area, swimming pool, resturant. Specially i love the space for dinner which is beside swimming pool with fire and music. Room were very clean and neat with beautiful pool view.All staff are very polite and helpful.Everyday cleaning was there. Stay in this resort is real worth for money✨

Overall a good experience, the hotel is too far from city, away from the hustle bustle. The room didn't appear as a premium room as marketed nor it is a farm house property. Valley view is not as expected but overlooking some residential area. Had to get the bathroom cleaning done on arrival. Linen used is not upto mark and is either torn or full of stains. The staff is good though, well mannered and cooperative and service is fast, staff can do better with some quality training. Room service quality is average. Breakfast options are okay too and can be improved. They had musical nights at the restaurants which was very soothing. Overall good budget property for one time stay

Has a very small farm, can't say it as a farm house. Had stayed in Villa rooms for 2 nights.Villa rooms were clean and comfortable but no tables and chairs to seat in room. Swimming pool within villa was not cleaned. Had taken meal plan (breakfast and dinner), food is ok and service is slow. Location wise it's in quite place. Should look into having properly maintained kids play area and should look into quality training for restaurant staff and night shift reception guy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
