I stayed with my family from 14th Oct to 16th Oct 2023. Location is spot on and easy to locate, just in front of Gulab Bagh. Booked a studio room. The room was clean and adequately spacious. All amenities were spot on. Only things to work on were that the washroom was a little smelly. The exhaust system could be more efficient. The food was delicious and specially the buffet breakfast!! But the service must be improved as I thought it to be a little slow. Overall good stay and nice pricing.

Stayed here for 2 days. The location and the room are the reason for the high rating. The room was spacious, and having a balcony when on a long trip is always a plus point. Early check-in and check-out were hassle-free.

Awesome service and food. Nice hospitalility by Nitu Sharma. Hotel rooms are not clean and the room size is too small...not a single chair present in the room...blanket cover are not at all clean. Hot water not coming in washroom in the night.

Visited Udaypor thal while looking for places to eat lunch. The thali ambience was awesome and the food mouth watering and relishing. We were stuffed but still felt like having more. A quite and serene place for a quiet meal with your loved ones. I would recommend the place to all.

Loved staying here, the rooms were very clean and overall the place is well maintained. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They provided very tasty breakfast and lunch at affordable price. Considering the price this hotel is 5/5.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
