Overall it was decent experience. Rooms were clean and hotel staff provided heater due to cold weather. Food service was kind of slow. You have also paark your car in to the paid parking and then reach hotel by auto rickshaw. We initially thought it was not good but location was very near to all the famous points, restaurants, market and lake ghats in main udaipur city area.

A lakeside hotel of moderate standard, not recommended for those seeking a luxurious or premium experience due to its location in narrow streets. The hotel provides private transportation only during check-in, making it challenging to explore Udaipur independently as it could significantly increase your expenses.

Rooms and food are good, but phone line in the room remained off for most of the time. There was hot water tap but it was not working well and most of time water was cold. Getting in and out to this place is really hard specially with narrow road.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
