We had a very good stay. We stayed in a duplex cottage. The cottage was spacious and neat and clean. It had a bath tub on the ground floor and a jacuzzi on the upper floor. The breakfast options were limited but were good in taste. The location of the hotel is superb, right in the main market with a huge parking place.

The location of this hotel is amazing, very close to the main market and all sightseeing areas. The staff are very courteous and professional. At first i was skeptical about the hotel.looking at the pics and location, but it indeed serves the need. This is for the people who just want to spend the day travelling out and come back to the hotel to rest and have food. Overall, value for money, the place is very safe, and family friendly, with almost all the rooms booked by family or couples.

Athithi devo bhavo. Family, couples or solo look no further if you want a superb location, comfy rooms and friendly staff. We were a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids under 9. Stayed for 2 nights. We were welcomed with a broad smile and checked in on time. We stayed in a duplex cottage and the kids loved it. The rooms are good for the price. Jacuzzi and bath tub were superb. The swimming pool was under maintenance - this is the only concern I had. We requested for an early check out and the staff obliged and also gave us bread and jam for our journey back. Ample car parking. Great location as the famous market is bang opposite. Don't think twice and book this hotel.

My stay was disappointing. The room had a persistent smell, old and unusable rusty sofa and chairs. The place was overpriced for 5K per night, and the promised amenities like a swimming pool, garden, and children's gaming zone were missing. The front desk staff seemed preoccupied.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
