My recent stay was nothing short of amazing! One of the standout features was the rooftop pool – it's an absolute gem. With breathtaking views and a serene ambiance, it provided the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The rooms were equally impressive, neat and clean, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay throughout. But what truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. They were not only friendly but also exceptionally cooperative, always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to making my stay enjoyable did not go unnoticed. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway with the added bonus of a stunning rooftop pool. I'm looking forward to returning in the future!

The hotel approach is very narrow and you may even tend to miss it. It is very close to the Ernakulam Town railway station. The rooms are well appointed and the service is good. Don't get carried away by the photos of the swimming pool. Its a 4 ft deep and around 10 mts long pool. The breakfast was good

Been a repeat customer here and I love everything about this place. The room was pleasant, cozy and meticulously maintained. The comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities provided a level of comfort that added to the enjoyable stay. The staff here deserves all the praise and a 5-star review as they were at all times available, attentive and genuinely caring. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone made sure everything was well taken care of throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality added an extra touch of sincerity to the experience. And yes, I sure will be coming back!!

Never ever recommend Sidra Pristine Hotel. 17 of us booked a 1 day stay at Sidra Pristine Hotel through make my trip. The hotel gave us 5 rooms to accommodate 17 people. Remember we didn't ask them for the number of rooms required. They were allotted 5 double occupancy rooms to 17 people when we paid the amount in advance. When we asked to provide facilities for the remaining children's, there was a very bad response from the hotel authorities. They were bargaining us to pay Rs. 2000 more for 2 extra beds. We repeated many times that we booked not 5 rooms but 17 pax. The room is allotted by the hotel. We had already paid the requested amount in advance. We were affected by the misunderstanding between them and make my trip. They even deprived us of a good night's sleep. They are not even considering make my trip customer as their customer. So never ever recommend them to anyone.

The staff was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.
