We were 10 of us friends who stayed here for 5 days. We had a wonderful experience. The service, courtesy of our hosts and the staff, the food, was par excellence. We felt like we were at a home away from home. In short, our stay was memorable, we would love to come back.

Since it was my first stay at a homestay, I was a bit skeptical about the service/cleanliness etc. But to my surprise, we had a wonderful stay at Silver Brook Estate. Its located amid lush green coffee plantation with a brook flowing next to it. The rooms were clean and the property was well maintained. The highlight of the property is the common sitting/dining area which is beautifully decorated with antique furniture and brass vessels, gives a authentic traditional vibe. Mrs. Revathi took utmost care of her guests was was willing to help. Great place to visit, if you are looking for peace..

A very traditionally & aesthetically done up home away from home. Gives you positive vibes as the ambience provides you a feeling of comfort & restfulness. Kids would love this place if they can put away their mobiles & electronic devices .

Our 5 th and counting serval more times to yet an amazing stay at The Silver brook Esrate. We now feel and are welcomed as family. Just feels great to be cut off from the world and enjoy the beauty and sights and sounds of nature . Thank you Yogesh for making us the most stunning dish of the Dak bungalow chicken truly and thoroughly enjoyed eating it at the bungalow.The staff Ganesh and Neeraj are thorough professionals and manage the entire operations so well with the guidance of the owners Yogesh and Revathi. We and our boy, Oreo love this place . The rooms are clean , neat and spacious, all the furniture in the rooms and the common living area are antique and beautiful just love the old charm and the overall atmosphere. Thank you 😊

Home away from Home. Calm, serene and lush green surrounding. Revathi & Yogesh - owner of SBE - are gem of a person and highly hospitable. Their commitment to 'Guest's delight' is evident from the hospitable, smiling and courteous behavior of service staff. Architecturally laced up interiors, big size rooms, clean-spotless bed sheets and pillow covers, highest level of house keeping throughout the campus, hygienic foods with never repeating menus served with smiling faces offer a Home stay for completely rejuvenating body and mind. Highly recommended for ideal accommodation in Coorg.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
