We have been to the resort with 6 families including 13 adults and 8 kids for a family get-together. Resort is a top recommended one with wonderful location and Excellent service. Especially manager Vishnu and his Team was excellent in Service. Thank you for making a memorable meet up for us.

This resort experience was an absolute disappointment and far from what was expected. The hygiene standards were shockingly low, with unhealthy conditions prevailing throughout the property. Maintenance was not just poor, but practically non-existent. From dysfunctional flushes to areas with missing paint on the ceiling and cobwebs in the rooms, it was an unwelcoming environment. The limited food options didn't meet basic standards, while the swimming pool's dirty water added to the dissatisfaction. When addressing these concerns, the resort's response was dismissive, blaming the full occupancy for the lack of cleanliness. The photos online were misleading, painting an inaccurate picture of the actual conditions. Deluxe villas were a definite no-go, failing to meet even basic standards of comfort. Their handling of maintenance issues, such as broken flushes and door locks, was negligent, offering excuses rather than solutions. Furthermore, the surroundings lacked any appeal and were unhygienic, leaving guests with no pleasant areas to explore. It was evident that guest comfort was at the bottom of their priority list, and this resort proved to be a vacation spoiler rather than a rejuvenating destination. I strongly advise against considering this resort, as it's a waste of money and a surefire way to tarnish what should be a relaxing vacation experience. The location also proved inconvenient, with most attractions requiring over an hour's drive, except for Banasura Dam.

We got a lake view stay. The view of Banasura dam backwaters is amazing. It’s a decent stay with a decent breakfast buffet nothing fancy. The room service was good. The only con is that the cushions and the covers are quite too old.

Absolute disappointment.I stayed in their villa rooms in December... Dusty sofas, bathrooms with leaking walls, bathroom windows covered with sack cloth.. Not expected from a 3 star hotel.. Most pitty attitude is seen when single towel is provided in each rooms.. They why u r providing 2 pillows and 2 dental kits per room. U can reduce its number too. We had to wait a lot to have breakfast..In breakfast buffet, they provide dosa, puri but we had to wait a lot..( it's their trick to make us eat bread and butter) Swimming pool tiles damaged and dirty. Not safe for children.

The hotel is present in a very good location but the maintenance is pretty bad. Swimming pool and rooms are also in a bad condition. Too expensive for the quality they deliver. They are taking the customers for granted and don't seem much interested in addressing the grievances.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
