Lovely hotel with view of Kanchanjungha from rooms and balcony. Excellent service in all departments of the hotel, starting from the front office to house keeping. Breakfast spread is nice and sumptuous. You'll love it. Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Washroom could be better, though functional. Location is very nice, but not suitable for elderly people or people with disabilities. You have to walk 100 meters steep and then climb stairs.

We stayed at Sinclairs Darjeeling from December 14-16, 2023. The hotel is situated at an excellent location, and on clear mornings guests can enjoy a beautiful sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga without having to travel to Tiger Hill. The staff is very prompt, cooperative and courteous. But the rooms have become shabby. The curtains had torn off at both ends, the lights were dim and there was a problem with hot water in the bathroom. Also, there was no elevator so we had to climb lots of stairs. We were told that rooms on the first floor did not have hot water at all. The hotel has the potential of becoming a lot better with a little more maintenance.

It's on top like climbing a little for 5-7 minutes depending on your speed .again nice view a nice heritage property, cosy restaurant for buffet breakfast but had nice selection of food

Rooms were very comfortoble, reasonably priced, neat and clean. Excelent view of Kanchenjunga from bolcony. All the staffs especially Mr Swaraj, Mr Yogen, Mr Anil, Ms Pragya, Ms Smriti were very cordial and courteous. The breakfast was very healthy and fulfilling. Thanks to Mr Sharma (Chef) for the excellent menu. Mr Somnath Das who booked our stay was very much cooperative and Informative. Over all my family enjoyed every moment of stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing view of the kanchenjunga from the room and common balcony. Good breakfast. Table tennis and other indoor games are very good for kids. There was a huge traffic jam the day we arrived. So we got down and walked up to the hotel. The hotel was kind enough to send its staff and pick up the luggage. Special mention deserved for Pragya at the reception and a young man with spectacles in the restaurant (forgot his name). Also good work by Yogen, Swarajya, Sanjok, Anju, Suneeta. The hotel is located up the hill. So some preplanning is required. The hotel shuttle service to be utilised for going up and down the hill. Senior citizens to take note as there is a significant climb. For others it is fantastic fitness activity. Traveldesk organised a very good innova for pick up from Bagdogra. The cars organised for day trips and Sikkim drop can be improved.
