        I stayed here for 3-4 days in October 2022. The place is good and the staff is also supportive. I really liked the breakfast. Overall I had good experience and it was worth the price.

        It was my 2nd trip to Sinclairs Ooty. This time the experience is very poor. Their Standard is very low. I paid 8k for one night expecting the service will be the best like last time. The morning food quality was worst, all the guests were shouting at them. Every one was very disappointed. I will never book here. They had a campfire at night for some groups they music was very loud that we couldnt hear our TV. In the morning there were broken glasses every were. The whole building is not properly maintained. Lift floor tiles are broken. I will say this was my worst stay

        There was a fly in the packaged water, over here in Ooty normal plastic water bottles are not allowed, hence they are providing glass bottles with a seal of the hotel. We found a fly in that sealed bottle. Not only that food in the hotel was mixed up between Veg and Non veg, as a Jain, eating non veg is completely against our believes, this is too much even least to least rated hotels can do better

        I recently stayed at Sinclairs Retreat Ooty and wanted to share my experience. The hotel's location is convenient, but the entrance road is in poor condition with numerous potholes and traffic blockages near the tea factory. One major disappointment was the unprofessionalism of the staff when it came to vehicle parking. I entrusted my Tata Harrier to them, and the start push button broken by them. The staff displayed no courtesy in addressing the issue or offering a solution, leaving me to endure the consequences of their negligence. The rooms, although acceptable, fell short of justifying the hotel tariff. The service, unfortunately, matched the subpar quality of the rooms. A significant letdown was the food. Despite the high expectations, the hotel's culinary offerings were third-class, lacking taste and proving to be a waste of money. In summary, Sinclairs Retreat Ooty is an average hotel that requires significant improvement in its services. My stay was marred by the damaged vehicle and unsatisfactory amenities, making it hard to recommend this hotel without reservations.

        Superb Resort.. Very cold and infact slightly higher altitude than Ooty town. Excellent stay, good service.. The rooms can be a little bigger.. The resort should try and be perfect in minor day to day maintenance of the rooms. They can do better. The area, rooms, ambience, food etc..everything was superb. Thank you Sinclairs.. Good job..keep it up..

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
