The place is a mess. The photos shot by the hotel are very cleverly shot, the real place looks nothing like it. Our room’s towel had lipstick stains from the previous guest, the flush was not working, there bed had bed bugs and the lift was not working due to which we had to climb 4 floors. We had booked breakfast as well but could not dare to touch the food. Stayed here because we had a layover in Goa and am thanking God that I did not plan my vacation here.

Amazing 5 day stay. Everything was great, especially the hoapitality. They go an extra mile for you. Special kudos to TAPAS. All rental cars and scooters are available in the hotel itself. Very convenient. Special kudos to their employee Tapas. He always had a smile on his face and provided everything that we needed. Guy deserves a raise.

Very nice hotel but also expensive one but very good for family rooms are big with gallery also neat and clean staff is also good booking online is best way Rules of property are somewhat sucks but overall nice to stay swimming pool of the hotel is very nice water quality and maintenance of pool are the best points if u love spending time in pool at hotel u must consider this option. They also have Free Breakfast is also included in ur package provides quality food but time is till 10am strictly

We stayed at Sinq Beach resort for 5N 4D. The location of the property is good and nearby calangute beach, however, not at walkable distance. At first we were allotted room at ground floor P1 which too small and dark. Then we requested the hotel staff to change the room to which they considered and allotted us room no 803. The room was comfortable and satisfying. The breakfast served was delicious and different everyday. Bikes on rent is available at hotel only through third party. Overall a wonderful stay at this hotel.

We stayed every year in this same Hotel. We loved this hotel because of its supporting staff and also this us nearby to calangute beach in 5 minutes. Breakfast was awesome 👌 👏 as last time . POOL IS ALSO PLACE TO VISIT. The Sinq Pub is one of my favorite place to night out. You will enjoy in this Hotel. It's connected to Baga, Calangute , Condalim ,Anjuna Beach etc. If you Go Goa STAY ONCE.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
