The location of the hotel is good. But the rooms are not well maintained. The only provide you 600 ml of water. The good part is its has 24 hrs checkin- checkout provision. Also, the complementary breakfast was excellent.

Rooms are being renovated with upgraded facilities & near by main road in Ameerpet. AC rooms with fan, geyser, exhaust fan, good water supply. Staffs are effective & professional. Downside is the buffet breakfast arranged in their other hotel opp to this, crossing the main road is a task. For so many years guests have been suffering no solution by the management yet. Buffet breakfast has a variety of veg s.indian & continental but taste is not memorable, room service orders taste better, don't know why. DTH channels are mostly Telugu, no English or Tamil language channels.

The hotel is not old but the rooms are very good. There is Tiffen under the complimentary bed. It is super. The Tiffen is good. There is free Wi-Fi. There is a car park and our clothes are also provided.

It is shown as 3 star hotel on internet. And also there were good reviews . But it seems all are fake reviews . Hotel condition is really pathetic . It is not even 1 star hotel. I have booked their executive room which was most expensive room but the condition of room was worst. We literally had to ask them that are they sure that it was executive room .. It was my bad luck that it was non refundable booking .It is best for you if only boys are going and want some cheap hotel but considering family i feel it was not at all good considering rooms and hotel conditions . But I would really advice if you are going with family please think hundred times before booking .

The location is good near to main road and bus stop so easy to travel. Rooms are small (not all) and well furnished. Service is good but it takes time for order since the aligned restaurant other side of the road. Food is good. Also available laundry services but cost is little higher. I stayed for 5 days given complementary breakfast buffet which so good, most of these restaurants not offer. Over all better with all amenities.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
