Gone to Ahmedabad for business tour.. stayed at Lords Ahmedabad. Clean and spacious room. Like food and services both. Lime Tree is the best place to spend eve.. Especially front and service Team are excellent.. Thank you very much to team to make stay comfortable and memorable..

Rooms are decent and clean. Location is also good but has limited parking space. A big turn off for me was the bad service and unprofessional attitude. I was asked to pay immediately if we go for room service. I failed to understand then what is the meaning of check out?. Delay in food services during breakfast and dinner makes my recommendation down for family stay. But one can go without looking further if the primary need is value for money for stay. Hotel has a smooth check out process

Though it's not five star Hotel, but it deserves 5 star reviews. I book 25 rooms, in December for an event. Starting from Booking till checkout the over all experience was satisfactory. The restaurant, I forgot the name, served delicious dinner. All my guests loved thier stay at Hotel. Hotel manager, Mr Aslam, was really cooperative. I do recommend this Hotel. It's in nice and we'll within budget.

Rooms are well maintained. No complaints on ACs and hot water. Reception and room service staff are very cooperative accommodating the requirements of the guests. The breakfast buffet is excellent with south Indian menus. How ever the regular menu can be improved. The management under Aslam qureshi are doing an excellent job.

Jai hind very nice decoration of 26th Jan 2024 at SK lords eco inn very nice the lime tree restaurant with mast veg barbeque. And rooms are very neat and clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
