This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There's no soap, shampoo, conditioner in the washroom. Washrooms are disgusting. The guys at reception are kinda creepy. There's no hot water if you want to shower at night. You get hot water in the morning only which is not even hot it's barely lukewarm. There's no proper Parking, you have to park in orher properties close to hotel. Rooms are spacious but blankets and pillow covers, bedsheets were dirty and stinky.hotel corridor has garbage and old mattress lying around.Not recommended place at all

Stayed here during my Dwarka trip in the month of Jan 2024. We had booked 2 rooms, as we were 4 people. To start with when we checked in, there was no electricity for 1 hour approx, due to which the staff was stressed, and they were not very responsive too. Our luggage was actually brought to room after requesting them 2-3 times, which took 45 mins, and was simply lying in the reception area unnoticed, where anyone from outside could have taken it and gone. The washrooms were uncleaned, when requested to clean them, staff was rude and ignorant, after again waiting for 45 mins and several requests they did the cleaning. Dustbin in the room was unclean, and already had a lot of dirt inside from the previous guess. No room service cleaning was provided on the next day, even when we stayed for 2 days. Hot water issues are there too for bathing. Thus staff is not friendly and rooms are below average, as no tissue papers, toilet rolls, etc are provided. They ask us to pay the entire amount as soon as we check in too. Location wise it is near the station and even a bit close to the temple. No restaurant in the hotel.

Good This is by far the best hotel I have had the privilege of staying at. Gorgeous building, and it becomes more breathtaking the moment you enter it. High quality rooms (there was even a TV near the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of the few hotels that allow people

Its not the worth its name. The Sky -DISCOMFORT, Hotel the HELL. I reached Hotel at 8:30 am. The guy at counter demanded Rs. 500 for early checkin. I told I will pay but I need a Invoice which he refused. I was alloted Room at 11:00 am. Room was not cleaned, foul smell, dirty bed sheets, bathrooms were dirty with soap pieces and wrappers everywhere. I asked for cleaning services and changing bed sheets which went deaf ears. No drinking water was provided. Since I was on religious tour, I thought of Let Go. I am writing this for guidance of fellow travellers to be cautious when booking this Hotel. You will find better hotels and guest houses near Dwarkadish temple.

It was one of the worst experience stay ever had in my life. There are endless issues to listen but some basic ones to list here: 1. Bad hotel services (no toiletries provided, unhygienic rooms) 2. Bad and rude behavior of the staff, They are least bothered about your satisfaction 3. No damn extra services provided even on request 4. Complete payment on arrival (However, This is a common settlement done from all the hotels in dwarka) 5. Bed sheets are not even changed on next day of arrival even after conveying. Basically -- Not a recommended hotel and also avoid coming in season in dwarka, It's hell crowded and one of the reason of sky rocketed rates of even such a bad hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
