It highly recommend sky-suites hotel. We booked the terrace area (roof top) for a private wedding event. Surender ji, the manager - our point of contact, overall delivered a great service. The food was great, the staff were very helpful and kind. They quickly arranged for anything that the panditji needed for the wedding ceremony, we highly appreciate their assistance and help. We also rented 2 rooms, only for the event. Considering it’s not a 4 or 5 star hotel, the rooms were good. Highly recommend.

There is no window in the hotel room, so there is a musty smell, alot of spider webs and the walls are very dirty. They don't give you like shower caps, hand towels, room slippers until you asked. The guest in the hotel screams and make alot of noises until 3,4 AM, and they slam the doors everytime. The hotel did not take any actions about the noises. The Kitchen is on the top floor, the employee who works in the kitchen will drag and move items early in the morning. It's a very noisy hotel. It would be a better if the hotel could tell some rules to the guest who come to stay. Another issue is they don't accept any other bank payment such as Visa, Master. They only accept their indian currency.

Amazing hospitality provided by the hotel. I will surely visit again. The staff was polite and respectful. Checkin experience was great. The food was amazing as well. Must visit if you are looking for a peaceful stay in gurgaon.

Very bad experience.... I have stayed on behalf of corporate tie ups...But very Bad experience here.. No one is bothered to listen any Guest Requests. Atmosphere of hotel is very Bad ... People's are shouting very Loudly in Rooms till late Nights. Till 2 pm in Night peoples are shouting in the Rooms I have Followed the Hotel Staff From bottom to Top but nothing changed ... Don't Recommend this Hotel to any Corporate Employes to stayed here ...

We booked Hotel Sky Suites for my Son's First Birthday for a family gathering. Starting my review with the hospitality of Mr Surendra and team which was amazing. Everyone was so cooperative. Secondly hotel - location is very simple, parking space is a plus, entrance lobby and hotel is very well maintained. There are lot of handy things like music system, stage, conferance room, stage props etc which were complimentary and were well used by decorator. Third and top most- FOOD. Mr Surendra organized food testing before finalization. We loved every item. Our requirements of less spicy and less oily was very well catered by the chef. Everyone liked the arrangements and everything was under our budget. This is a super recommendation by us. We will surely looking for booking at other functions too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
