        I stayed at the property. Overall I say it’s good,but, hotel could do better by clearing off the bird poo from pigeons on higher floor. Or at least install micro net to keep pigeons away. Otherwise no complaints

        I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite impressed with the quality of the rooms. They were spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. However, I found the breakfast to be rather average. While there were a variety of options, the taste and presentation left something to be desired. Overall, the hotel offers great rooms but could improve the breakfast experience.

        Non functional AC even in the Deluxe room, no water, horribly smelly rooms, no lights in the bathroom and above all non functional room keys so everytime you have to request someone from other room to call at the reception and then wait in front of your room for 5 to 10 mins till someone comes up to open your room. We had twelve rooms on two parallel lobbies so we had to keep the room door open everytime we had to go to the other room as it's not possible to call and wait for them to come up (28th flr), risking leaving our luggage inside unattended and insecure. Ordered tea and coffee from room service which didn't come even after two hours and despite repeated reminders.Please think ten times before booking the hotel. Their impressive front desk is a sham. Don't be fooled by it.....

        I Was Suggested From My Friend This Skysuites Hotel By Getting Know With Very good Rooms and Very Calm and Good Staff But When My Frnd Came Yesterday For Check In I have Done The Booking For My Frnd As an Make Up Room So No Doubt View Is Good But For Staff IF there Will Be Rating Below 0 That I Can Prefer To Give Like - 2 or - 5 To That Reception Staff i Don't Know His Name As He Was Telling He Is The Manager Of That Dept I Went By evening Time .I'm Also From A Hotel Industry But I Never Treated My Guest Like Him His Attitude Was Like I Went For Check In He Quoted Me Some Rate Instead Of Telling We Can't Reduce Rate he Told Me ( Ye Hi Rate Rahega Lena Hai Toh Lo) And Even He Did Not Stand Up For Entertain Me Just Sitting Over There Telling Me These Lines With Very Rude tone And His Reaction Was Like He Is Owner Of The Hotel But Im Also Working In Very Good Property But I Never Treated My Guest Like This Worst Hotel Ever in Navi Mumbai and Worst and Rude Staff Ever ai Met Him In Future I Will Prefer My Friend If Any Of My friends are Going in skysuites if He Will Be There I will Never Do the booking. Out of 10Ratings For Room and View Will Give 7 or 8 But only for that staff 0 or -2

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
