Awesome property and experience staying here. The whole staff was nice and made our stay comfortable. The room condition was excellent and with awesome view, overall very nice and peaceful property. Was to give 5 stars for our stay but 2 stars deducted for Restaurant captain Mr Ranveer behavior on our last day of our stay. Rest of the restaurant staff was great to us, we thank them for the great experience and they deserve to be captions. Car cleaning provided to selective few....

Excellent experience to stay here. Right from booking , where Ms Yachana took extra care as we were traveling with my 80 yr old mother. The whole staff, front desk were very helpfu. The restaurant is excellent with its yummy wide variety of breakfast. A 5 star experience. Will definitely advice everyone. Hereon everytime I visit Shimla . We are going to stay here in Snow valley heights only everytime we visit Shimla.
