I had a fantastic experience. The serene views from my room were breathtaking, and the staff was exceptionally attentive. The room was clean, well-appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's restaurant offered delicious cuisine. I highly recommend any snow valley hotel(from the chain)for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel has very beautiful view. The staff and service of hotel is awesome. They were always attentive and taking care of our comfort as much as possible. The rooms are very clean and with all the required facilities. The food is really tasty and has variety of options. The staff person Bijay Sir and others are really kind and sweet in nature. Himchal people really makes you feel as “Atithi Devon Bhav”. Never a single dull moment there.

The hospitality was excellent. Specially vijay sharma he made sure to provide us good service in terms of food, stay, guidance for touring around in Dalhousie everything. Great place with the beautiful view from the mountain view rooms. Good and tasty food. As there are not much options available on mall road. This hotel serves good food. They focused alot on good hospitality and service. Much much recommended stay.

Amazing experience. I had gone for a week with my family.The hospitality,the service,the care all were commendable. I had my two kids with me.One 8 yrs the other 1 yr.They would mess the room like anything.But the staff would clean it without a bit of irritation. Mr.Vijay Sharma was too caring and kind. He provided food what we wanted to it. It took special care that the kids don't sleep unfed.He would arrange khichdi,non spicy curries and tawa Roti's fir them.My kids did not miss the home food. Thank you Mr .Vijay Sharma. The food and restaurant is too healthy and hygienic. The reception staff were helpful and always smiling. A great stay. Would recommend this hotel to all who visit Dalhousie.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
