I had a fantastic weekend stay at this hotel! The chill vibe throughout the property made for a relaxing experience. The staff, from the front office to housekeeping to restaurant servers, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel's location near the tourist attractions was a huge plus, and the front office team's assistance with affordable taxis was a great convenience. The food at the hotel was delicious, and I felt like I received excellent value for the price I paid. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a 2-3 day stay in Shimla. It truly exceeded my expectations!

Very Polite Staff. Linen,Towels, etc were clean. We had issues with the room temperature. We kept calling housekeeping and the response always was 'it will be fixed in 10 mins'. we were not given a heater until the next day. Breakfast buffet was good. Room service meals were overpriced and not at all value for money. They can do better

I stayed there for 31st night and check out next day, this is very amazing resort, room are clean, room service good, views from room also amazing. Restaurant was on 5th floor they have both option for food you can order as well buffet also, bonfire also provided but till 11 only we requested to extend till 12 at least as it was new year but no, they didn’t have any arrangements for new year celebration which was the only sad part, location wise it’s a bit far from Mall Road around 6-7km so definitely you can not plan to walk there, elsewise everything was perfect I would definitely recommend to stay and enjoy vacations there. Keep travelling

We stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious n parking lot is spacious but most of the space is occupied with travel vehicles which is quite difficult for the people travellingby their own vehicle. And also had a worst experience in this hotel restaurant.. They charge you 700rs + tax for dinner buffet but very limited options n quality is not that good. Breakfast is good but they give you chilled syrup water instead of fresh fruit juices. We have to wash our hands in the next floor(downstairs) as there is no washbasin in restaurant. People at Restaurant are really good at service expect big bald guy showed his attitude if you ask for anything. Check-in Check-out is one more problem as no person comes for helpingyou with luggage even after informing.
