If it was possible I would have given it negative stars..the location is difficult to reach. There are no proper roads to that place..the owner is so non cooperative.. The rooms have no dustbin.they don't even provide you with drinking water..there is no geyser..they provide you with torn old blankets that stink..

I had a pathetic experience with hotel management and staff. The room was dirty and the blanket was smelling bad. The toilet was dirty and smelled bad. The hotel manager was rude and non cooperative. the location of the hotel was very poor and the hotel location was incorrectly mentioned on the map. (walking distance from Mall road is 6-7km). Even our car got damaged while reaching the hotel. Hotel licence should be cancelled, horrible experience.

Rooms weren't even little bit sound proof, even television sounds were heard fully, apart from some person talk or shouting. I request them to provide heater, as it was very chilly. Great location although we had to request for their drivers help to take our vehicle to n fro. Helpful staff n owner.

This hotel is situated on the almost top of nainital. The view from the hotel is awesome. Bt the road which lead you to the door step of the hotel is too tough to drive because of the hight. It is very tough to drive believe me. So if someone is booking this hotel please call the hotel reception when you reach in nainital and they will send you a driver to pick you up. And once you reach at the hotel, the experience will be great. Food is so so, bt rooms are good and comfortable.

Service is good but this hotel is located at a great distance from main road .. so u have to pay 300 to taxi each time u visit the main road or Mall road . My suggestion is to book hotel in nearby areas close to naini lake in affordable rates.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
