My stay at treebo trend snow view resort was really good. Location of the resort is very good.. on road . With parking and lift facility. We got the rooms with mountain view . And view from room was awesome. Staffs are very cordial and cooperative. Food was good. But it can be better. Only thing that was not working in the room is the TV. But who want a Tv in kufri??????. .... Overall .. my stay at the resort is very satisfying. I recommend it to all those who are looking for a budget hotel in kufri.

This place is good, food is good but my experience was bad, because we had booked 2 dilux rooms But unfortunately I was given the last room in the hotel. Room was good but it had too many steps , steps which were not yet covered with concrete. It was scary at night to go all the way down . On top of that our room lock wasn't opening after locking it. Had to call reception by disturbing neighbour :(

One of the worst hotel with the very bad manager/owner, we stayed their for 2 days in name of deluxe room we were given the worst rooms with a view of garbage & the stairs to the so called deluxe rooms were also not cemented. Very bad hotel better to stay in your car instead of staying in this hotel. Please dont stay in this hotel

View from the hotel is good. Food provided by them is good but expensive.bathroom was clean.lift is available to reach the rooms and housekeeping guys are helpful. We had trouble in the bathroom where we were getting electric shocks when we touch water. The issue was rectified by the hotel housekeeping but its risky. These kind of things should be taken care beforehand. Rooms with view is charges double of normal rooms. But the truth is normal room itself has good views, so no point in spending extra money just for a balcony.

The key highlight of this place is the location, everything else is just average or even below average. The buffet has only 2 options, though the taste is fine but options are very limited. The rooms need more maintenance.. there was no door knob inside of bathroom, as soon as I opened the curtains, one of the hook came out and the curtain rod was then dangling. There is no central heating, you can get a heather at an additional charge of Rs 300 We got a Premium room but it was at the lowermost floor and the stairs to reach that were broken, still under construction. We had to chekout early morning so we told the staff before hand to ensure that there is no car blocking the way and someone be available for checkout. Upon calling the reception no one picked the call. When I reached the reception myself, there was only one person available who went to room for lugage and took his own good time. Then it took us 1 hour to get the car removed which were blocking our way as the guest were not ready to come up to remove the car and the guy at reception did not know to drive. He told us remove the cars ourselves. Upon calling the manager, he also was showing rude attitude and arguing to remove the car ourself. All in all not a very bad experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
