Had an amazing stay for 3 nights! The rooms are good, they have a nice swimming pool, very good quality food and an amazingly fast service. Also, the staff is super polite and courteous. The hotel is just 3 mins away from the palolem beach. Its very close to the local market as well. Will surely recommend this to friends and family.

Decent 3* hotel on the main road as you enter Palolem. Located less than 5 minutes walk from the main Palolem beach (cross the road and walk down a path to the beach!). Friendly staff, decent sized rooms - all with a pool view and small outside balcony area with chairs. Buffet breakfast is good quality if not a little hectic and there is an excellent gym on site and decent outdoor pool. Good value.

Our room was clean and spacious but the bathroom was stinking when we entered. Overall service was good but when we called the room service to fix something, they didn't come. No valet parking. They have a good spa which I quite liked. Breakfast spread had quite a lot of variations.

It was truly exceptional from start to finish, and I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable visit. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The check-in process was swift and efficient, making me feel welcome right away. The dining experience @ the coffeeshop was nothing short of extraordinary.. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall dining experience. I must also commend your housekeeping team for their exceptional service. The room was consistently well-maintained, and I appreciated the little touches that made my stay even more enjoyable. Best hotel if u are coming to Palolem Goa. Superb hospitality Beach is a 2 min walk Great overall feel good across the hotel. Perfect to travel with kids. Enjoyed the stay .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
