Overall great experience, staff are very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant, especially breakfast is excellent. Rooms and accessories are very good. The bathroom is certainly awesome. The only suggestion I would have is to improve the quality of the drinking water available in glass bottles. And it is a perfect date dining restaurant. Well furnished rooms and excellent management.

I really love my stay there it's was a great experience. The staff was really great they went above and beyond with there services they very friendly and helpful. Me and my sister stay there for 3 days. For 2 female we really feel safe and happy there. the restaurant was great also the food was great but I think they should have more items when it come to India food. U guys should add more India items to your menu. But overall I give u guys 100 stars 🌟. Thank for making my stay so beautiful and safe .

Though it's a business hotel with not much for kids, staff ensures to do best to keep kids happy. Hospitality was great. A couple of things which could be better 1. pool could be temperature controlled 2. Kids should be allowed in lounge during high tea hours (specially over weekend)

Excellent experience! From the time I checked in, till check out, all the Front office staff I interacted with were extremely polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast/Brunch/lunch was good.Will definitely stay here again when I visit. Excellent experience! The room and stay were very good overall and the staff was super helpful. The breakfast spread looked very good too, but somehow we did not like the Indian style choices much and some of us has a mild stomach upset later that day. Might not be related as we were on a hectic trip. Overall hotel experience was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
