Made our booking via booking.com and we have selected the option for a exclusive houseboat only for us. Well they have arranged everything we need. The chef and the captain was good person, helpful, friendly attitude. Food quality was also good. AC provided for the sleeping time only. Everything was perfect except one thing, the actual sailing time is till 5:30 pm, they should increase the time one or 2hours more untill the sunset.

Amazing amazing amazing! So relaxing, whole boat to our selves, host were super respectful. The host even invited us to meet his wife and child in their home, was super nice to see real India. Food was insane, never eaten such beautiful food. Works out very reasonable price when you include food and accommodation. Would recommend soma to anyone.

The Soma Houseboat was incredible! From the moment we arrived we were given fresh coconut water and shown our gorgeous rooms and rooftop view with a bed! All-in-alI I would highly recommend Soma Houseboats because firstly the food was delicious (breakfast, lunch and dinner!) and the flavours were just perfect and the chef was incredible! Secondly the boat travelling through the backwaters was breathtaking and so relaxing! Thirdly the staff were so attentive and offered us coffee and masala tea during our stay! A fantastic stay so relaxing and peaceful, definitely going to come again!

Amazing experience on a small boat (Soma Jyothi) with one room in natural wood style and private bathroom. On the boat only two people more, the captain (Prasanth) and the chef (Sudhakaran), both very friendly. Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner included, plus snacks and drinks. 10 am is not only the check-in but also the beginning of the cruise, so be on time. The stop at the fish market is a must to buy king prawns, crabs or fish, the chef will take care of the preparation. The AC works only from 9pm to 6am, so during the day enjoy the fan in the shadow. Just remember to carry some cash for shopping and additional activities, ATM don't always work

Had a great stay on Soma houseboat at Allepey. Our staff were exceptional in terms of the service, their knowledge and their cooking. Spotted lots of birds such as kingfishers, woodpeckers and parquets. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
