This is best Ayurveda resort on the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Doctor and therapist are excellent. Loved staying here during my 14 days visit. Will be going again.

Me and my husband were there in January 2023 and it was a marvelous experience. If you want to do something for yourself for your body, so this is the place. All the doctors, therapists, all service, food, rooms everything is great. Except one!! Try to not to be in the situation to order medicines afterwards. That team, who is dealing for those orders (reservation and accounting department) are exact the opposite of what you will experience in your stay. They are extremely slow, they will ignore your messages, simply they will not do their job!! You will wait that they will be able to contact with the courier company (this will take days) and than you will immediately pay but it will take days for them to see the money and than for a week for example you will wait that they will dispatch your courier!! So, you will wait and wait that someone will just take care of your order:) On my every order I'm so surprised and astonished how they can be like this... I think they have no manager who is checking what the team is doing or not doing!!

Everything is perfect here . The rooms are very beautiful and clean. View from the room is beautiful . The ayurveda food is very tasty and healthy. Treatments are relaxing and rejuvenating.. Good people and good service .. ☺️💫

SCAM! NOT A RESORT! ITS A HOSPITAL. 1. This is not a resort for vacation. It is an ayurveda hospital for treatments. This is false advertising and inaccurate description of property. Don't book it for vacation. 2. There are sick old patients all around the property and there is smell of ayurvedic medicines. 3. There is a treatment center which has doctors, nurses, labs and treatment rooms. 4. Food is limited to vegetarian options only. There is no room service or non-vegetarian non ayurvedic diet food available. This was not mentioned. 5. Our room also felt very old and like a room where old people stay for treatment. See the bath stool in the bathroom and broken cabinets. 6. They made us sign the patient form during the check - in time. When we questioned them, they said its formality but it felt pretty weird. (Attaching pictures) 7. Our room had the smell of medicines and bed bugs. I was bitten by bugs all night long.

This place is really good for Ayurvedic treatment and rejuvenation. Don't expect wi fi and all the modern amenities. Food is only vegetarian. But really good for people who like Ayurvedic treatment and living simple. The location is excellent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
