Breakfast was horrible. Probably this was a complimentary meal so no taste no variety so that nobody could eat adequately. Worst breakfast buffet I have ever had. Room service was too slow. Towels were rationed to 2 per day. I feel the hotel staff cared zero about Indian guests. For them only overseas customers seemed to be important. The only good thing about this place was location, parking and Room size. For everything else it was a very ordinary experience looking at the amount they charged.

So My Plaza is really an amazing place to stay. Rooms, Eatery, and other amenities make one feel too comfortable. Service could have been improved better but it still stands 4/5. Apart from staying, this resort is too much accessible, most locations like beaches or pubs or local markets are nearby and most of them are within 5 KMs radius. Much recommended for all the tourists to keep this resort on top of the list. Kudos to all the staff members...!!!!

I had a great experience of stay at Somy plaza. Reception staff was kind enough to upgrade my room at free of cost. All the staff are courteous and always willing to assist. Breakfast spread had good varieties on all the days of our stay. Bonus points to room cleaning staff for the perfect daily maintenance.

We've had a great time at Somy Plaza (Oct 2023). We travelled in a group of 8 adults and 4 kids. Initially we had a hard time getting the rooms on a single floor but we were accommodated in a different building the next day. Though the rooms were on 3rd floor (too much to climb) but didn't have a choice. This was our first trip with the whole family so didn't know such scenario would exist where the rooms would be far apart. Anyway, something to mention while booking. The rooms were cozy and spacious. There was a separate area for luggage, wardrobe and dressing. The rooms had a safe, mini fridge and a TV with fully loaded DTH pack. The washrooms had a hair dryer and all the utilities you'd need. The breakfast was well spread. A good mix of continental, north Indian and South Indian cuisine. We had a good time by the pool on multiple occasions. The pricing of the restaurant/bar is quite nominal, so no worries about a heavy bill. Lastly, the location is very comfortable. Just a few seconds walk to the main road. All amenities are available nearby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
