The hotel is placed at the heart of Trivandrum city and this is one of the best class hotel experience I’ve ever had!! The staffs are very friendly and polite. Even during the rush hours they do understand the priorities of the guests. The best part is liked is there’s no pressure on the check out timing, the do ask us for any concerns well in advance and which helps us as well as the concierge to manage the bookings very efficiently.!! Thanks to all the staffs and the hospitality! Looking forward for another great vacation stay with this place ahead.

I haven't stayed here, buy what I could learn from those who stayed here is good. I had used their board rooms multiple times and it does seems good. It is so near to the railway station (hardly 1.5 km). My suggestion to the hotel is that you need veto get rid of birds near your pool in fourth floor.

Nice location.1.5 km from railway and bus station. simple and nice rooms .Restaurant is warm and different tone. food had breakfast .Good especially south specials. I have mention the Lifts which is very fast and efficient.Roof top and restaurant great ambience especially at night .Pool on 2nd floor also has a nice view. Staff and very nice behavior .They have a cafetaria too at around floor .Over all nice hotel. Can rate 3.5 in 5

We hosted two wedding cocktail events —one in 2016 and the other in 2023— in the Grand Utsav hall and I’m happy to report that the quality of the services offered remains excellent. Great facilities and location, delicious food which garnered a great deal of compliments and perfectly reasonable pricing to top it all! Each of the staff members was exceptionally helpful with all our requests; a special mention for Jobin, the F&B manager who took the time to sit with us to plan out the whole event and the food menu.
