        Very poor service and not true on their commitment. The amount of money which they charge for decor is very high and the decor which they do for your wedding is very poor according to money which they charge. Time management is also very poor. If you tell them that at this time barat will arrive and you expect venue to be ready , they can be seen doing decoration only. And over that they will not allow you to get decor from outside. Very poor decor they provide for the amount of money they charge.So think before you plan your wedding here.

        Clean and comfortable but if you’re not part of a wedding party expect noise all night long. Wouldn’t recommend if you have an early flight! This seems to mainly be a wedding venue with spare rooms sold off at a cheaper rate. The staff weren’t very welcoming and it was freezing as doors everywhere were left wide open but good value for money to get to the airport for a morning flight

        I had booked Satvik for my wedding and pre-wedding events and there is a lot that this property needs to improve. Here are the things that went well: 1. The property looks really beautiful and has unique event spaces such as pool area, green lawns, ballroom and a large hall. 2. The rooms are decent sized that can accommodate upto 4 guests. 3. A couple of people manning the reception are hospitable and helpful. Now, coming to the things that created a chaos during my stay: 1. We had about 60 guests who were arriving before the check-in time (2pm) and we were told that the parlour room can be made available for guests to use and freshen up while the rooms would get ready. However, on the actual day the parlour room was not provided to us because it was filled with some event decoration material. This led to last minute guest mismanagement which was unpleasant. 2. We had booked our own caterer. However, on the day of our arrival, the in-house cook refused to clear out the kitchen for our caterer. He insisted we share the space despite us paying for the entire kitchen space for 3 complete days and 2 half days. Thanks to the reception manager on duty, he helped us out in that moment. 3. We had booked the venue almost a year in advance with a CONFIRMED morning wedding ceremony. However, a couple of months before the wedding we got to know that our wedding event space was booked for a night wedding scheduled to happen a day before my wedding. When I expressed my worry about my decorators not being able to get enough time to complete my wedding decor, I was promised that my decor team would be able to access the venue at 2am. However, on the D-day, my father had to physically go down to the venue at 2:30am to get the in-house decoration team to START clearing the space for my decor team. Even after a sleepless night, we didn’t get the space until 4am and even at 4am it wasn’t completely cleared out. On top of it, the group that had their wedding were blasting music till 3am which is legally not allowed in an open space. 4. Cut to the wedding day itself, my wedding decoration was below average-even the mandap and stage couldn’t be completed. So we wasted our decoration money and lost an unfair amount of money to Satvik. 5. It is extremely unorganised to not have a time-slot when there are multiple parties booking the same event space on consecutive days. Even hotels have a check-in and check-out time and doing that shouldn’t be so hard. 6. Shockingly, there were rats in their “suites”. Additionally, the showers in their “suites” don’t work well and the water pressure is so high that it cuts through the skin. We had to request a bucket to have a comfortable shower! I would still like to thank the night manager (Mishra Ji) and the overall reception staff for their help and coordination (the extra service star is for them). I really hope the owner of the property, Mr. Prabhmehar Singh, takes this review into serious consideration and works on making wedding bookings a more transparent process. [UPDATED REVIEW POST OWNER’S RESPONSE] It’s surprising to see that the owner would rather blame it on the outside team even when I said that my father personally had to get the in-house decorators to clear out the space in the middle of the night. As hosts and owners of the property, it is imperative that they ensure a smooth transition between events rather than leaving it to guests and outside vendors to figure it out. I am not going to get married again-so whatever has happened has happened. The least they could have done was own up to their shortcomings. Something for people to be aware of.

        It was awesome experience to host wedding here. The staff is very supportive and accommodating. I would like to especially thank Mr. Rajendra ji for all the support. Guests were very happy with the overall event. Special thanks to SPARA event (Abhipriya & team) for putting up lovely decor.

        Wonderful stay with our pet cat 😺❤️ We as family stayed at satvik for 10 days. The stay was relaxing and the location is serene. The property is close to airport and it's pet friendly. Our Ira loved the property and spent most of his time bird watching from the room. He learnt a new word tota and recognizes parrot. We loved the breakfast buffet and the service was good. House keeping was friendly and helpful. Over all it's a great place to have peaceful long stays and they are very accommodative. Our next trip to Delhi will be at satvik for sure.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
