Six of us stayed here for 2 nights as part of a month long trip around southern India. What a lovely retreat the Spice Tree is. The staff and the service they provided was amazing. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable. One of the best places we have stayed at so far.

Stayed here with family. Location of the resort is tranquil, excellent staff, loved the welcome drink. Kids lived the jacuzzi and tea ceremony was very informative and enjoyable. I highly enjoyed the hike with the guide. Victor had lot of knowledge about plantations and he made the hike enjoyable. I happened to leave my phone in between the hike at victor and other staff went above and beyond to locate it. I highly recommend staying here

I recently enjoyed an enchanting stay at Spice Tree, and I can't rave enough about the Honeymoon Spa room. From the moment I entered, the ambiance was nothing short of magical. The attention to detail in the Honeymoon Spa room was impeccable. The cozy atmosphere, combined with tasteful decor, created the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. The plush bedding and soothing color palette added an extra layer of comfort. The spa facilities were a highlight, offering a serene escape after a day of exploring. The attention from the staff was exceptional, ensuring that every need was met promptly and with a genuine smile. Dining at Spice Tree was a culinary delight. The restaurant's diverse menu featured a tantalizing array of flavors, and each dish was a masterpiece. The chef's dedication to using local ingredients shone through, making every meal a memorable experience. The lush surroundings of Spice Tree provided a tranquil backdrop, enhancing the overall sense of relaxation. Whether unwinding in the spa, savoring exquisite meals, or simply enjoying the scenic beauty, my stay at Spice Tree was nothing short of perfection. We stayed 2 nights in jacuzzi room and we loved each and every moments we loved the atmosphere and location was fantastic and it was surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature. We experienced best behavior of staff members and they were so kind and understanding and they treated us really amazing.They have club house and library too.Hotel staff members set a candle light dinner as per our request and it was so appreciable. Food quality was so wonderful and the staff members were so amazing.will highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Must visit once.

Hands down one of the best resorts I have stayed in all of my Kerala travels. So many amazing people that made the stay so so warm and welcoming - Rathilesh for the warm welcome after a long drive; Jose and Nibeesh for being the best servers; Anil for a very informative tea time learning experience; Eldho for the best cooking class (mom already made the thoran at home!); Victor for an amazing hike and keeping us safe and high spirited, ha! The room itself was BEAUTIFUL and had all the necessary amenities and more. Next time, Im spending all my 7 days in Spicetree. 10/10 experience, thanks everyone!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
