It's budget friendly lodge, you can catch room in front of BHU, they have own restaurant you can go and pay nominal charges for food

The staff was not good. The behaviour is not good at all. Staff does not co-operate with customer and talk rudely with customer. Not a good place for vacation trips.

This lodge is at a good location. It is at 200 meter distance from Bhu Main Gate. There are many types of rooms available here. The lowest rate of Roop here is 500 rupees, there is also a room of 700 rupees, there is also a room with AC. This lodge is of three floors. There is Sharma restaurant in its basement. Where delicious food is available. Here the full plate is 80 rupees. Which runs from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. There are many shops next to the lodge office, all of which are of medicines. There are snack shops in front of the lodge. There is also a system of Two wheeler, Four wheeler parking here. V2 Mall is also located at a distance of 200 meters from here. This lodge R.O. contains water. Rooms from ₹700 and above have geysers. Relatives of patients who come to see BHU also stay here. So this lodge is at a good location and the arrangements are also good.

Not a clean rooms. But you can find AC room in low range. Lodge location is good but it is not easy to enter into lodge due to uneven coridor. Staff behaviour is good. Parking is not available

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
