I recently stayed at an Oyo hotel near the railway station, and while the location was not ideal, I found it to be acceptable considering the value for money. The hotel's proximity to the railway station was convenient for me as I had to catch an early train. However, the immediate surroundings of the hotel were not particularly pleasant or picturesque. There was noise from the nearby trains and traffic, which could be a bit bothersome for light sleepers or those seeking a peaceful environment. Despite the less-than-ideal location, I must admit that the hotel offered good value for money. The room rates were reasonable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory for the price paid. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the basic necessities available.
all I dont recommend any one to do online booking through any app oyo, agoda, booking. Com because they will ask for extra money when you arrive you will not have a much better option to change hotels and end up with paying the demanded money This is my experience i booked a room through the oyo app then i traveled from hyd to chennai i reached the hotel at 12pm check in time with my booking id the guy whos sitting at reception demanded me 500rs extra on booking amount , he didnt address his name (A fat guy with thick beard with red checks shirt ) Then i called for oyo support and they said my check in will be done in 15mins i have waited for 30mins then again i reached reception the guy is very rude by saying pay money and then check in 2nd time i called oyo support this time oyo property manager asked me to give call to reception guy i reached him but he is not taking my phone and asking me to drop call Then oyo manager called hotel number now he is answering calls he is just ignoring We dont have rooms we are full Mean while a couple young age 18years to 20years came to reception and paid 1200rs and took room Later after 20mins young age couple came and did check in by paying 1050rs Then i understood this property was not meant for ous After waiting of 2hr by dreaming i will get support from oyo A Guy came with booking id he was also been denied check in reception guy demanded 600rs extra So i have decided to join both of us and take room reception guy demanded for 1500rs for both of us we end up paying 1200rs and then we want for room see the room , They have given a room where its was used by short stay young couple with all those sticky marks on bed room was very dirty with used food smell Finally i have decided to cancel booking and walk away from property This message for the owner reception guy is making very good money He is selling room for 1200rs and writing in book 700rs Selling room for 1500rs and writing 900rs He is making very good money approx 3000rs Its fine if he making money but he denys online booking which is absolutely wrong please close online booking when you can not accommodate take only those youth whos comes walk in to make good business why you people want waste our money and time I had a meeting with a client i dont want to spoil my day thats why left calmly the property OYO , AGODA, BOOKING. COM, Please remove this property from online booking red flag property Look at all reviews and do need full you can see reality
The receptionist is very well mannered. Service was average. But they ask a bit higher that the rate showed in OYO. So, you can assume the cost for a 2 bed guest room for 1 night will cost around 800-1200 rs (depends on how good you are on bargaining and arguing)
Never in my life i have experienced any worse than what I went through here. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. They don't stand true to their prices posted in various hotel booking websites and demand extra amount when you check-in. Absolutely hated it. No AC, washroom doors didn't have latches. No hot water, TV not working and room service is horrific.
The worst experience for me in this residency . Staff was so rude to me .I booked room in OYO app for Rs. 400 .they didn't allow me untill I pay Rs.1000 extra. Rooms are not good .no water facility. I felt it would have been better to sleep on roads than wasting Rs.1400 there .how can you be so cruel with customers who comes from other state
