I had a terrible experience at Spot on Shreekrupa hotel. The staff was extremely unprofessional, showing no sense of hospitality and failing to apologize for their mistakes. We had booked three rooms online a month prior, but upon arrival, they claimed to have cancelled our booking. It became apparent that this was a tactic used by the hotel to give away rooms to others on weekends and charge them double or triple the price. This is an unethical practice that left us feeling cheated and disappointed. I strongly advise others to stay far away from Spot on Shreekrupa hotel. It's a complete waste of time and money. I also caution against booking hotels online, as they may not honor your reservation and cheat you out of your money.

I recently stayed in shree Krupa with my family of 6 members for 2 days . The hotel is situated very near to the main mahabaleshwar market place ns is value for money. Food you can either order from them which they make themselves - home made food or you can walk down the market to get food in many of the restaurants situated nearby Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The rates were very reasonable and instead of booking through Oyo I contacted Sagar directly to book the rooms with a nominal advance of 500 rs. The only challenge is the hot water which they provide us from buckets instead of the geyser fitted in bathrooms .we need to have hotwater 24 hours as the climate is so cool and chill and need hot water for all our needs. The room rates were a steal at this major tourist location.

Fraud management. Looking for their OWN commercial benefits even putting customer in PROBLEMS. They are cancelling your booking by themself if getting little bit more money by any other customer. NOT AT ALL RELIABLE for ONLINE BOOKING by any means.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
