You will have to do a lot of calling to the house keeping / front desk I like the hotel. But few things did not work out for me and I had to call the house keeping / front desk a number of times. To begin with, the room that they put us in had a very bad smell. We somehow slept in it for the first night. They changed our room after the first night. But there are few things that I had to keep calling the front desk / house keeping for: a) the exhaust in the bathroom does not work. Somehow one of their front desk person mentioned that they control the exhaust from outside. (Really?!?!?!, not sure why. I did not get a satifying answer). So every morning I have to call them to ask them to start the exhaust. And they they claim that they start it but I never got any indication that it was working. b) Their A/c system is a hit or a miss. Some functions work at times some do not. I had to call them for that as well. c) Their hot water kettle was not working. d) They forgot towels after room cleaning. e) When they brought the towels, they brought only one for 2 of us. Do not expect to see anything outside through your glass windows. The windows are old and has leaks. So there is frost and water on the whole glass pane. Their staff is really helpful. Alway attends to our requests promptly. The breakfast menu is good. The kitchen staff is very helpful. The location is good. Next to Pacific mall. Knowing what to expect and knowing how to deal with the situation and knowing that I will be with helpful staff, I will not hesitate booking the hotel again if it is one of the cheaper options.

Spent 2 weeks in November. Nice, mid range hotel with a great staff. Always friendly and eager to help. Wish I could remember all their names but my wife’s favorite was young Gautam who was super helpful. Room was a good size, (albeit small bathroom), very comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good, lots of variety. The staff there (especially Pradeep)was very attentive, great at keeping the area stocked up and clean. Location was good, very convenient to the mall and right off Rajpur Rd. Very enjoyable stay!

Very bad experience. The hotel person while taking my luggage to the reception have broken my luggage. Till my check in no one have informed me that my luggage from wheel side is completely broken. Later I asked for the camera recording and I have been told they will check and let me know. Later next day they refused and said no camera near the entry of Hotel reception. Front desk staff said its not a mistake from hotel side but I infomed them that your staff have confirmed that it was damaged by him while moving the luggage from the entrance and the wheel got stuck and got damaged. I have again requested for the CCTV footage but nothing provided. The manager later visit the room and took pictures but no respibse. The main question that they have not informed and behaving like they don't know anything. I have spend money on buying new luggage and left the broken one at the hotel. In conclusion I am not at all satisfied with the hotel staff as no one have called me back even I checked out and seems they don't bother. I can provide the pictures and request the hotel to check the CCTV footage.

Phenomenal hotel. Location is a great advantage as it is just a few minutes walk from Pacific Mall. The food is nice but there is a very limited menu. Service is average. They didn't give proper toiletries even after asking them for it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
